Adjustments are amounts added to or removed from a Rep's payout.
This report allows you to view Adjustment Details that have posted in Freedom (been paid to a Rep).
Navigation (From the Bonus Department): Reports → Adjustments → Adjustments Research
¶ Report Parameters
- Adjustment Type: Select which type(s) of adjustments to include in the results.
- Batch Type: Select which batch type(s) to include in the results (adjustments that have been paid or balanced forward).
- Currency Type: Select which currency type(s) to include in the results.
- Output Type: Select how the data should be returned (this can be displayed on the next page or put into an output file as specified).
Once all parameters have been set, select Generate Report.
If the Output Type is Report, the next page will display the results of the report sorted by Bonus Period descending. The report can be sorted by each column header by clicking on the column header.
¶ Column Headers
- ID (this is the ID of this row in the report)
- Description (bonus period description)
- Date Created (date adjustment records were created - ie. when the bonus period was run)
- Adjustment Total (sum of the adjustments made for this bonus period)
- Then a link to view details (to display the details for each Rep included in the results)

If the Output Type is anything other than Report, the file will be generated and available for download on the same page (no new page appears). Check the bottom of the browser for the downloadable file.
