Freedom offers a wide range of automatic emails, notifications, and text messages called Autoresponders. These can be configured through your Freedom Back Office. These can be used to reach out to your Reps automatically when they reach a new Bonus Rank, when there is a cancellation of an AutoShip profile, or even when one of their customers has a new order.

In order to successfully send Autoresponders, please make sure you have set up your Email Accounts.
The various types of Autoresponders may have conditional options for how, when, or why they are generated depending on the context of their usage. For more information on the options for the specific type of Autoresponder, see Autoresponder Types.
This section is where the content of the message is set up. HTML for email and Plain Text for SMS may be used depending on the user's preferred format. Field tags are also available to automatically replace corresponding information.
For example, if you are sending this Autoresponder to 400 people at a time, you would not want to add a static name as all 400 people would get the same name. You would use the {REPNAME} field tag instead. The system reads this field tag and automatically replaces it with its corresponding information. In this case, each individual Rep name will replace the field tag.
The field tags are specfic to the Autoresponder type, so not all tags are available on all templates.
Departments > Administration > Tools > Autoresponder Templates
Find the Autoresponder you wish to edit then click somewhere on the row, such as the Subject, to open it.
The edit page is very similar to the New Template page noted above, but some fields are not editable, like the Autoresponder Type. you can make any necessary changes, and then click the 'Save' button.
