Reps and Customer can cancel their AutoShip profiles in Revolution or My Account. However, if you have configured it to where they are not allowed to cancel their AutoShip profiles, the AutoShip profile will need to be cancelled through the Backoffice.
¶ Cancelling An AutoShip Profile in the BackOffice
In the Freedom BackOffice, navigate to the Rep or Customer Dashboard
On the Rep or Customer Dashboard:
Go to Manage > AutoShip (this option is not available on the Customer Dashboard) to view the Profiles > select the Profile that will be cancelled to expand > select the Pencil edit button on the right of the profile
Select the AutoShip profile that will be cancelled from the list in the AutoShip widget
On the AutoShip Edit page, go to Orders > Cancel AutoShip
On the Cancel AutoShip Profile page, provide details on why the AutoShip profile is being cancelled
Select Process to confirm the cancellation
Following these steps will result in successfully cancelling an AutoShip profile. The profile will now have an End Date of yesterday's date to prevent any future shipments.
To reactivate the profile, update the End Date and Next Ship Date to a future date.
