In addition to the BackOffice and the Shopping Cart, AutoShip Profiles can be viewed, created, and edited in the Rep's Revolution.
The location of the AutoShip menu in Revolution will depend on how the menus have been configured. For additional information on Revolution menus, please see Revolution Dashboard
- In Revolution, navigate to and select AutoShip
- On the AutoShip list page, review the AutoShip profiles
- On the AutoShip list page, select Add New Profile
- Follow the steps to select the Country, set the Next Ship Date, add items to the profile, confirm the Shipping information, and add a payment method
- Once created, notice that the new AutoShip Profile is now on the AutoShip List page.
In addition to creating AutoShip profiles via Revolution, a new profile can be created via the Shopping Cart by purchasing an item that is available for AutoShip.
- On the AutoShip List page, navigate to the AutoShip profile that needs to be edited
- Select View AutoShip Profile
- On the AutoShip Detail page, select one of the options to edit the following:
- Edit Address
- Edit Schedule
- Edit Payment
- Edit Product
- Proceed with the updates requested on each page
If the Rep does not see one of the options listed for editing, review the Settings that control what the Reps have access to update.
