This Autoresponder will send to the Rep when a Bonus run is committed.
These settings are specific to the Bonus Autoresponders and are found under Additional Input.
Send Frequency (Dropdown) - How often does the Autoresponder send. This will send once within the period selected.
Calendar Type (Dropdown) - These can change depending on what is configured for the Bonus Periods for each client.
Applicable Bonuses (Dropdown) - Which Bonus will trigger this Autoresponder.
There are 4 sets of Bonus Agents that can be used. Only the first set is required. Sets 2, 3, and 4 are optional.
If you do use more than one set, then all of the sets that are configured need to be true for the Autoresponder to trigger.
Bonus Agent 1 (Dropdown), All Bonus Agents are available in the dropdown. This is used with the next two items.
Operator 1 (Dropdown),
Compare Value 1 (Field), This is the value that will be compared to Bonus Agent 1 above using the Operator 1 above. So, if you want Autoresponder to trigger when a Representative has 800 PQV or more, then the Bonus Agent 1 would be set to PQV, Operator 1 would be set to Greater Than or Equal To, and Compare Value 1 would be 800.
If you are using a Boolean Bonus Agent for Bonus Agent 1 (such as Active), then the Compare Value should be 1 for true and 0 for no.
Field Tags are used in the Messages section to drop in values from the database, such as the Rep's name, rank, or commission values. These are the Field Tags that are specific to Bonus.
