Balance Forwards are amounts that are not paid to Reps, but instead will carry over to the next bonus period. This could be negative balances from adjustments or if the final payout is below the minimum payout.
This report allows you to view Balance Forwards currently not paid out to Reps, along with the associated Rep contact information.
Navigation (From the Bonus Department): Reports → Adjustments → Balance Forwards
¶ Report Parameters
- Rank: Select which category of Ranks to include in the results (Cancelled or Non-Cancelled).
- Description: Select which type of balance forward to include in the results (example: Minimum payout amount not met).
- Currency Type: Select which currency type to include in the results.
- Output Type: Select how the data should be returned (this can be displayed on the next page or put into an output file as specified).
Once all parameters have been set, select Generate Report.
If the Output Type is Report, the next page will display the results of the report sorted by Rep Name ascending. The report can be sorted by each column header by clicking on the column header.

If the Output Type is anything other than Report, the file will be generated and available for download on the same page (no new page appears). Check the bottom of the browser for the downloadable file.
