Since bonus can only payout in money to the rep (or credits), the Incentive Tracker is used to award items that cannot otherwise be handled in Commissions.
Points can be earned by achieving different goals. These points are then added together to get total points earned.
For example:
You can set levels of the incentive for the total points earned.
An example of levels for a Trip incentive:
You can set the start and end date of the incentive period. Only the activity within this time frame is considered for awarding points toward the incentive.
You can have multiple incentives, each with a different start and end date.
