A Pool bonus is where a small percentage of the total volume in the bonus period is set aside and used for the pool. Reps can earn shares of the bonus pool. When commissions is calculated, the total volume in the pool is divided by the total shares that have been earned. Then each rep that earned shares would get the payout of their share amount.
For example: There is 1,000 volume in the pool for the period. There are 10 reps that each earned 1 share. Each rep would then earn $100 (1000 shares / 10 shares earned).
A Leadership Pool could award 1 share for each new personally sponsored rep in the period that purchased a Pack item.
This would reward reps when they encourage their sponsored reps to purchase specific bundled items, like enrollment kits.
