ΒΆ Rank Progression
A Rank Progression bonus is when you reward the rep for the first time they achieve a new lifetime rank. This is normally a one-time bonus, so they can only receive it for the first time they achieve a new rank.
This would entice the rep to more active and rank up.
An example of the payout structure of a Rank Progression bonus:
