The Freedom BackOffice is an additional method for creating a new Customer. Since the BackOffice enrollment process does not adhere to the required fields like the Customer Signup form in the Cart, a Customer can be created in the BackOffice if they are missing necessary information and later sent a follow up to collect the missing information.
In the Freedom BackOffice, go to the Rep that will be the Owning Rep of the new Customer
On the top left menu bar, go to New > New Customer
On the New Customer Page, enter in the new Customer's information
Once filled out with the available information, select:
(a) Save, New to create the new Customer and continue to create an another New Customer
(b) Save to create the new Customer
Following these steps will create a new Customer under the Owning Rep, and may or may not have a Referring Customer.
To create a new Customer through the Referring Customer:
In the Freedom BackOffice, go to the Customer that will Refer the new Customer
On the top left menu bar, go to Customer > Refer Customer
On the New Customer Page, enter in the new Customer's information
Once filled out with the available information, select:
(a) Save, New to create the new Customer and continue to create an another New Customer
(b) Save to create the new Customer
Following these steps will create a new Customer with a Referring Customer, and the Owning Rep will be the same as the Referring Customer's Owning Rep.
