¶ Editing a Customer from the Corporate Backoffice
The BackOffice Customer Dashboard is an additional method to edit a Customer. While a Customer can edit their profile through their My Account in the Shopping Cart, there might be fields that they are not allowed to edit and require them calling in to have them updated, such as their date of birth, name, or addresses, depending on the settings configured for My Account.
In the Freedom BackOffice, go to the specific Customer that you need to edit
On the BackOffice Customer Dashboard:
(a) go to the top left menu bar, then go to Customer > Edit Customer
or
(b) select the pencil next to the name of the Customer's Sponsor Name
On the Edit Customer page, make the necessary updates to the Customer, such as Address or Contact Information changes
