To configure the Integration Provider Account, you will need to add the credentials used by ShipStation to access the ShipStation API functions.
Departments > Administration > Settings > Integrations > Integration Provider Accounts.
If the password for the Integration Provider account does not match the password for ShipStation or contains special characters, then you will receive an error when setting up the store.
Should Not Update Shipping Method on Order - This field is only used if you will be allowing ShipStation to update an order's shipping method. Enabling it (1) means that ShipStation will look at the Carrier, and disabling it (0) means that it will look at the third-party shipping code.
Once the Integration Provider Account has been configured, please proceed with the Shipping Setup.
