The Tracking Number Import tool will allow you to import the Tracking Numbers for orders provided by your Shipper, which will be displayed in the BackOffice, AutoResponders, and Revolution for your Reps and Customers.

- In the Freedom BackOffice, go to Department > Shipping > Tracking > Process Tracking Numbers.
- On the Update Tracking Numbers page, ensure that the file you will utilize matches one of the File Format types, and the orders that will receive the tracking numbers are in the correct Status of Posted (Packslipped) after batching out.

- Specify the File Format type that will be uploaded.
- Select File Has Header? if the file that will be uploaded has a Header.
- Select Choose File to upload the file with the tracking numbers.
- Select Process File.
If an error is encountered when processing the file, you will be provided with details on what needs to be reviewed before reattempting to upload the file.
- Once the Tracking Numbers have been successfully processed, go to an order that was included in the upload file.
- On the Order, go to Order > Order Information.
- On the Order Information page, the tracking number and details will be provided in the Tracking Information section.
Following these steps will result in successfully uploading a Tracking Number to an order in Freedom.
