¶ Future Product Credit Promotion
The most common promotion for Award Credit is to award a future product credit when a Rep/Customer spends over a certain amount. This template will guide you through setting up that use case, but you may choose to offer the Award Credit for any other reason where you would change the promotion condition for your own use case.
¶ Promotion Condition
In order to be eligible the Rep/Customer must spend $150 on the current order only. The condition used is "Price"
- Price Min: set to the $150 requirement
- Price Max: can be set to 9999
- Item#: This will include all active inventory eligible to order
- Current Order Only: Checked to ensure it doesn't include preivous orders
- Reps or Customer: Includes both
- Subtotal to Use: Subtotal (before discounts)
¶ Promotion Action
This promotion is awarding $10 future product credits when the Rep/Customer have met the requirements. This action uses "Award Credits" action type
- Credit Acount: Select the credit account the credits are awarded to
- Amount to Award: Flat Amount
- Credit Type: Order Credits
- Award to (Rep): Rep (self) to award it to the ordering Rep
- Credit Amount: $10
- Award to (Customer): Customer (self) to award it to the ordering Customer
- Award Credits At: Order Post
