The Freedom BackOffice enrollment process is an additional method for creating a new Rep. Often times this is used when a new Rep has completed a paper application that may be missing the required fields and therefore cannot be completed via the Online enrollment process. The BackOffice enrollment process does not adhere to the required fields like the Online form, thus allowing the new Rep's creation. Afterwards, a follow up can be sent to collect the new Rep's missing information.
- In Freedom, go to the Rep that will Sponsor the new Rep
- On the top left menu bar, go to New > New Representative
- On the Sponsor Questions page, enter where the Rep came from, their Rep type, who the Sponsor will be, and who they will be placed under
- Click Continue to proceed to the New Rep Info page
- On the New Rep Info page, enter in the new Rep's personal information
- Select the new Rep's Enrollment Package to create their sign up order.
- Click Save to proceed to the Enrollment order
- On the New Enrollment Order page, proceed as you would with a Regular order created in the BackOffice - entering the Payment, Applying Promotions, and Posting the order.
Following these steps will create a new Rep, and if there is any required information missing, a follow up can be sent to the new Rep to obtain the information.
