Rep accounts can be cancelled or terminated through the Rep's Dashboard in the Freedom Backoffice, and will perform the following actions.
Bonus Consideration: Cancelled Reps are not included in bonus calculations. In some cases, you may choose to change theRep's rank to cancelled temporarily, then run bonus followed by inline cancelling.
All of the actions listed on the Inline Cancellation page are performed when the Inline Cancellation is processed. Reversing those actions requires manual corrections, therefore it's important to be sure that the cancellation is being performed on the correct Rep account.
If you choose to not move the Rep's downline/customers they must manually perform the cancellation of the rep’s rank and active autoships.
Following these steps will result in the selected Rep being cancelled or terminated.
