This page will cover Rep password management, including the available settings and methods for resetting their passwords.
Password configuration can be updated using the following Freedom Settings:
For security reasons, we recommend using the default password requirements of at least 8 characters long, including at least one uppercase letter, one number, and a special character.
If a Rep wants to update their password and knows their current password, they can navigate to My Profile and select Change Password. As illustrated in the image below, they will need to enter their current password followed by the new password they wish to set.

If the Rep does not know their current password, they can click on the "Forgot Password?" link on their Revolution log in page, to recieve the Password Reset Autoresponder.
Once the "Forgot Password?" link is clicked, it will trigger the Autoresponder to send the email to the email address the Rep has on file.
Go to Departments > Administration > Tools > Autoresponder Templates to configure or update the Password Reset Autoresponder
