Order Draft allows for a Representative to create orders for their customers and send customers an email so they can complete their order at checkout. There are two versions of Order Draft.
Necessary Freedom Settings:
- REV_CUST_MGR_RESULT_NEWORDER: This setting displays a new column on the Customer Management report with a link to create a new order in the Shopping Cart for a customer. Upon clicking that link the Rep is logged into the Shopping Cart as their Customer and can add items to the Cart for the Customer's Drafted Order.
- JSCART_CHECKOUT_SHOW_LINK_FOR_CUSTOMER_ORDER: This setting displays a section within the Order Summary on the Checkout 2.0 page to email the Customer the order after the Rep has added items to the Customer's Drafted Order.
Necessary Freedom Settings:
- REV_CUST_MGR_RESULT_ORDERDRAFT: This setting displays a new column on the Customer Management Report with a link to draft an order within a new page in Revolution. This is the link Reps click to be lead to a page where they create and send an order to their Customer.
- ORDERDRAFT_EMAIL_EDITABLE: This setting will lock the Customer's email address associated to their account and prevent editing of the email address. The Rep will send the email only to the email the Customer has on their Account.
- After choosing either Version 1 or Version 2 of Order draft and turning on their respective Freedom settings, configure and activate the Customer Checkout Online Order AutoResponder.
- Be sure to include the {CHECKOUTORDERLINK} tag so that the customer has a link to click on.
- The {USERINPUT} tag should put into the body of the email the custom message that the rep creates before they send the email to their customer.
