This page provides instructions for setting up the Loyalty Program's Autoship Promotion. It involves awarding product credits on any or all Autoship orders, which can only be used for non-Autoship purchases. This Promotion is designed to encourage users to make additional purchases beyond their regular Autoship orders.
When building new Promotions, you will need to build each area in order. First create the Promotion Action, then create any applicable Promotion Conditions, and finally combine the Promotion Condition with the Promotion Action to build the Promotion.
To configure the Promotion Action, navigate to Administration > Bonus > Promotions > Promotion Actions
FOR EXAMPLE:
Flat Amount: If "5.00" is entered in the Amount field, $5.00 in Credits will be awarded.
Percent of Order Total: If "5.00" is entered in the Amount field and the order total (including taxes, shipping, etc.) is 40.00, $2.00 Credits will be awarded.
Percent of Volume: If “5.00” is entered in the Amount field and “Volume1” is chosen from the Volume dropdown, with the order totaling 50.00 for Volume1, then $2.50 credits will be awarded.

This is the amount or percentage used to award credits based on the Amount to Award configured.
To configure Promotion Conditions navigate to Administration > Bonus > Promotions > Promotion Conditions
Available Options for Credit Active Date Period Type field and Expected behavior:
Every Order After Consecutive Limit: This determines if every autoship order is awarded after the limit is reached. For example, if 3 is selected, should the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, etc evaluate and award the promotion.
Every nth order only: This determines if every autoship order is awarded after the value of nth is reached consecutively. For example, if 3 is selected, promo will evaluate and award just the 3rd, 6th, 9th etc.
Available Options forRequire Monthly Order field and Expected behavior:
Not Required: No prior order would be required when promotion is evaluated.
Required: If set to required, the consecutive calculation resets on any month without a valid order. For example if 2 orders were placed in each of Jan, Mar, and Apr, a new order placed in May would be consecutive count #5, as the Jan orders would not count due to missing a month.
If at least one item from the collection is included on the order, the entire order would evaluate false for this condition
To configure the Promotion navigate to Administration > Bonus > Promotions > Promotion
Available Target Types:
Distributor: The promotion will only evaluate on Distributor orders and only a Distributor can earn the promotion.
Customer: The promotion will only evaluate for a Customer.
Both: The promotion will evaluate for either Distributor or Customer and apply Action to the owner of the order.
10.Proceed to "Save" the Promotion to assign the Promotion Conditions'.
11. After Saving the new Promotion, the Promotion Condition selection will be available on top right corner.
12. On Conditions area click on "Add" to add the Promotion Condition created on prior steps.
13. Then select New Condition from Drop Down List displayed and click Add. (Ex. Autoship Orders by Market)
14. Then Save the Promotion to complete the configuration
