This promotion condition requires that the Customer or Rep has not earned a specific Promotion in the past, a specific amount of times.
Description: A mandatory field for the name of the Condition.
Start/End Dates: These dates determine how long this Condition will be active.
Supported Promotion Types: Identifies what type of orders the Promotion will evaluate against.
Rep/Customer Promo Count: By default, when customer earns the promotion, it is counted towards the Sponsoring Rep. Rep/Customer Promo Count provides an option where the Rep promotion is counted toward the Rep while the Customer promotion is counted towards the Customer.
Promotions Max: Maximum amount of past earned promotions allowed to earn the current promotion.
Promotion: Selects the promotion to apply. If a promotion is selected here it will override the promotion collection below.
Promotion Collection: Selects the promotion collection to apply.
Period: Selects the period the promotion will apply.
Start/End Dates: These dates define which dates to check for past promotions in, whereas the primary start/end dates of the condition determine which dates the promotion condition will be evaulated in.
Use Current Promotion: If checked, this condition will use whatever the current promotion is for the maximum count. This check is an override to the promotion or PromotionCollection choices.
Restriction: Per Guest, evaluates if the condition is met once in specified time period for the user (current functionality). It will evaluate that the user has not earned this promotion in the past. Per Party, evaluates if the condition is met once at the party level for this guest.
Include Unofficial Orders: If checked this would include unofficial orders for evaluation.
