This promotion condition is used to evaluate if the order has a certain price (order total).
Description: A mandatory field for the name of the Condition.
Start/End Dates: These dates determine how long this Condition will be active.
Supported Promotion Types: Identifies what type of orders the Promotion will evaluate against.
Price Min: This field sets the minimum 'Price' amount for an order to evaluate as 'true'. Orders with 'Price' below this 'Min' will not evaluate as 'true'.
Price Max: This field sets the maximum 'Price' amount for an order to evaluate as 'true'. Orders with 'Price' above this 'Max' will not evaluate as 'true' (Maximum amount: 99,999,999,999,999)
Add VAT to Price: When checked, will consider BOTH price and VAT fields when evaluating Price.
Item #: Item used in the promotion.
Inventory Collection: Inventory collection used in the promotion.
Periods: Selecting these Periods will determine when this Condition is available.
Current Order Only: When checked, this condition will evaluate against the current order and related orders. When unchecked, this condition will evaluate the condition using the date range for the rep/customer only.
Include Related Orders: If the "current order only" field is selected, this option allows the condition to also include any orders that are linked to the current order, either through sub orders or parties. Sub orders is a way to link multiple orders together, typically through a customization.
Start/End Dates: These dates define which dates to check for past orders in, whereas the primary start/end dates of the condition determine which dates the promotion condition will be evaulated in.
Exclude Promotional Items from Calculation: If checked this condition will exclude any promotional awarded items from the calculation. This is only used for post promotions as standard promotions evaluate all promotions before awarding, and thus naturally exclude any promotional items from the calculation.
Reps or Customers: When evaluating prior orders (not including current order), this allows limiting the orders considered from either reps, customers, or both.
If configured as Current Order Only, this field is not used (ignored).
Consider the following examples for how this is evaluated:
Exclude Inventory Collection: Selects the inventory collection to exclude from the promotion.
