This promotion condition requires a certain number or less of Inventory/Inventory Collection purchased.
Description: A mandatory field for the name of the Condition.
Start/End Dates: These dates determine how long this Condition will be active.
Supported Promotion Types: Identifies what type of orders the Promotion will evaluate against.
Products Min: Determines the minimum count of items in Item # or Inventory Collection that are included in the current order in order to be eligible for promotion.
Products Max: Determines the maximum count of items in Item # or Inventory Collection that are included in the current order in order to be eligible for promotion.
Item #: Dropdown selection of Inventory Items to use in the promotion.
Inventory Collection: Dropdown selection of Inventory Collections to use in the promotion.
Applicable Orders: The orders to check against when evaluating this condition.
Start/End Dates: These dates define which dates to check for past orders in, whereas the primary start/end dates of the condition determine which dates the promotion condition will be evaulated in.
Periods Back: Allows user to select a time period in which the condition will look in relation to the current date going back in the past. The condition will look for the orders during this period.
Period Type: Allows user to select a time period in which the condition will lookin relation to the current date in the past. The condition will look for the order during this period type.
Exclude Promotional Items from Calculation: If checked this condition will skip any promotional awarded items from the calculation. This is only used for post promotions as standard promotions evaluate all promotions before awarding, and thus naturally skip any promotional items from the calculation.
Exclude Inventory Collection: Selection of Inventory Collection to exclude from the promotion.
Customer Calculation: When computing a product count for prior orders, all orders are essentially either split by customer (Recommended) or counted regardless of customer. If counting regardless of customer, a Rep order can qualify a Customer, or a Customer order can qualify a rep, and a Customer order can even qualify other customers as customer is not considered.
Inventory Group Behavior: Options to count which items to be evaluated in the promotion conditions listed in the cart, party and API.
