This promotion condition requires certain Volume total on order which falls between limits set in 'Volume Min:' and 'Volume Max:' Fields.
Description: A mandatory field for the name of the Condition.
Start/End Dates: These dates determine how long this Condition will be active.
Supported Promotion Types: Identifies what type of orders the Promotion will evaluate against.
Volume Min: This field sets the minimum Volume amount for an order to evaluate as true. Orders with Volume below this 'Min' will not evaluate as true.
Volume Max: This field sets the maximum Volume amount for an order to evaluate as 'true'. Orders with 'Volume' above this 'Max' will not evaluate as 'true'.
Volume Increment Override: Leave at 0 to bypass this functionality. If set to a value greater than 0, the condition will return a number for every volume that matches this amount when cumulative is enabled.
Item #: The item to be used for the promotion.
Inventory Collection: The Inventory Collection to be used for the promotion.
Periods: Selecting these Periods will affect when this Condition is available.
Current Order Only: When checked, this condition will evaluate against the current order and related orders. When unchecked, this condition will evaluate the condition using the date range for the rep/customer only.
Include Related Orders: If the "current order only" field is selected, this option allows the condition to also include any orders that are linked to the current order, either through sub orders or parties. Sub orders is a way to link multiple orders together, typically through a customization.
Start/End Dates: These dates define which dates to check for past orders in, whereas the primary start/end dates of the condition determine which dates the promotion condition will be evaulated in.
Volume To Use: Defines which volume type(s) to use. If multiple types are selected the condition will add the types for the total volume.
Exclude Promotional Items from Calculation: If checked this condition will skip any promotional awarded items from the calculation. This is only used for post promotions as standard promotions evaluate all promotions before awarding, and thus naturally skip any promotional items from the calculation.
Reps or Customers: When evaluating prior orders (not including current order), this allows limiting the orders considered from either reps, customers, or both.
If configured as Current Order Only, this field is not used (ignored).
