¶ Delete Price Rows
Price rows can be deleted for a variety of reasons. If you no longer wish for customers to view and purchase an item in the shopping cart, retail price rows can be deleted. If a price row is using old dates for say a limited time sale, the price row may be deleted to tidy up the pricing information.
¶ Delete a Single Price Row
- To delete a price row, view the inventory item, click into the price row you wish to delete, and press the "Delete" button at the bottom of the page. The price row will be deleted.
¶ Delete Multiple Price Rows
- If you wish to delete more than one price row at a time, you can press the grey X in the Pricing box on the inventory item's page to be brought to a page where you can select which price types to delete.
- Select the price rows you wish to delete.
If price rows are deleted, customers and reps who shop with that price row will not be able to purchase the item. To ensure all customers and reps can purchase the item, all price rows must be active.
