This article will focus on editing the AutoShip Profile through the BackOffice Rep and Customer Dashoards. Reps or Customers may call in to ask you to update certain parts of their profile if they are either unaware that they have the ability to do so on their end, or if there are certain areas that they are unable to edit.
If the Rep or Customer reports that they are unable to edit certain parts of their AutoShip Profile, review the Settings that control what the Reps have access to update to determine if they do not have permission to edit the fields.
Following these steps will result in successfully updating an AutoShip profile through the BackOffice.
