Testing would require running a test transaction once the Credit Card Account(s) is active to ensure it goes through without error.

To view the details of a transaction, in addition to your C-Panel, you can check the Online Activity and Potential Error reports in the Report Department to identify any transaction issues.
To check how many orders failed to go through, you can check the All Incomplete with CC Transaction report. Specify the date range and generate the report. You will see the Requests and Responses which can help determine what happened.
