Only the current order is being evaluated, so if the user purchased the sampler in the past but not the current order, the condition will not be met.

- This promotion is offering an Energy Drink Sampler for 50% off when one Sampler is purchased. This action uses the "Product Count" action type and awards quantity of one Sampler at 50% of its original price. The multipliers are also calculating 50% of those values, such as the taxable amount.
