Leveraging the Accelerate Compensation Plan provides a robust foundation to grow and scale your business on. After making the initial decisions on the allocations of funds and initial parameters , there are a number of ways payouts can be influenced and adjusted.
Many of the Configurable Parameters are stored as Bonus Parameters that can be adjusted/modified at any point. Bonus Parameters are leveraged to drive the exact numbers used throughout the Accelerate Compensation Plan (e.g.: payout percentages, active requirement volumes, rank volumes, etc) that will be leveraged for future payouts. Payouts are always based on the Bonus Parameter value at the time of the bonus being run.
The following are the Bonus Parameters that are able to be adjusted at any point:
Freedom allows for creating manual payout adjustments on individual Rep/Affiliate accounts where you're able to drive either positive, or negative adjustments on their next payout. Adjustments can be assigned different "Adjustment Types" that ultimately what the user is shown on displays (e.g.: Commissions Statements), along with driving the taxability of particular types as it relates to earnings via 1099.
The Accelerate Compensation Plan establishes specific "Active" requirements that can be configured through Bonus Parameters to adjust the requirements for future payouts. In the event that there is a specific Affiliate/Rep that needs to be considered "Active" without necessarily meeting the established requirements, you can leverage "Rep Attributes" to assign a "Waive Active" attribute to the Rep that needs to be waived.
The Accelerate Compensation Plan establishes a set of ranks with configurable requirements via Bonus Parameters. These ranks can drive both recognition, along with higher payouts from particular bonuses (E.g.: Level Bonus, Pool bonus, etc) and in some cases - you'll want to force someone to be a particular rank. This can be handled via our "Bonus Ranks" that can change force a future rank.
