If you want to update a User's contact information or access to Freedom, then that would have to be done from the User Edit page in the Security Department.
Users can be edited by going to Departments > Administration > Security > Users. From there, select the user that needs to be updated and select "Edit User." From here, you will be brought to a page with all of the respective editable fields. Fill out these fields as necessary.
