Only Current Order: Check current order when evaluating this condition for period
All Orders Except Current Order: Check all orders except current order when evaluating this condition for period
Available Applicable Orders options:
Year: Check orders when evaluating this condition for a Year period starting from today
Calendar Year: Check orders when evaluating this condition for a Year period starting from Jan 1st
Calendar Month: Check orders when evaluating this condition for a Month period starting from 1st of the month
Week: Check orders when evaluating this condition for a Weekly period

Note: If checked this condition will skip any promotional awarded items from the calculation. This is only used for post promotions as standard promotions evaluate all promotions before awarding, and thus naturally skip any promotional items from the calculation.
Available Applicable Orders options:
Count orders only for specific Rep/Customer (Recommended): Evaluates Rep orders independently from Customer Orders
Count all orders regardless of Customer: Evaluates all customer orders
When calculating the product count for previous orders, you can either split the orders by Customer (recommended) or count them regardless of the Customer. If you choose to count regardless of the Customer, a Representative's order can qualify a Customer, a Customer's order can qualify a Representative, and a Customer's order can even qualify other Customer since the Customer distinction is not considered.
Available Inventory Group options:
Count Parent Items Only: Only the parent item would be counted towards the total promotional condition when item is part of a group item.
Count Child Items Only: Only the child item would be counted towards the total promotional condition when item is part of a group item.
Count Parent and Child Items: Both the parent itemand child item would be counted towards the total promotional condition when item is part of a group item.
Example: If set to Count Parent Items Only, only the parent item would be counted towards the total promotional condition. For example, with a group item A with children B and C, Count Parent Items only would calculate a 1, and Count Parent and Child Items would calculate a 3 towards the condition total. And Count Child Items Only would calculate a 2 towards the condition total.
