¶ Dynamic Reports
The Dynamic Reports feature provides you with the the ability to create and edit custom reports without needing to write query.
If you do not use Freedom Data Warehouse(FDW), ByDesign can create the custom reports based on request.
However, to gain access to the use the Dynamic Reports, FDW must be enabled. For more information on FDW, please see our article FDW.
¶ Dynamic Reports List
The Dynamic Reports page provides the list of reports created, as well as number of columns in the report and if it is enabled for Revolution.
The right most columns will allow you to view the report in the BackOffice or create a Revolution menu for the report.
Administration > Settings > Reports > Dynamic Reports
¶ Create or Edit a Report
Select the + to create a new Dynamic Report, or select a row to edit an existing report.
¶ Searching Reports
Use the search bar to locate a specific report by Description.
¶ View Report
The View Report column provides quick links to pull up the report in the BackOffice, or to the Dashboard Manager to create the Revolution menu for the report if it is enabled to appear in Revolution.

¶ Viewing a Dynamic Report
Once a Dynamic Report has been configured, it can be viewed in the Reports Department or by selecting View Report in Back Office on the report row.
